I called for the first time yesterday for a plumbing issue and was told the name of the company that would be calling to set up an appointment to come out. Within 10 minutes the plumbing company called me and said they could come out in the afternoon. I was shocked that they could come out so fast. So happy with the plumbers, but also happy with the service of Basok Home Warranty. They were very friendly and efficient on the phone with me and how easy this was to use our Home Warranty service.
